    DON’T CENSOR ME, fb Mayor Bloomberg kept his promise and sued the City Council Friday to block a law that would guarantee higher minimum wages to anyone working for a firm that gets $1 million or more in city subsidies.
    In a statement, the mayor’s office said the so-called living-wage law would have its greatest impact on industrial firms, real estate developers and contractors.
